Originally a Seattle native, Rick returned in 1967 and was immediately bitten by the real estate bug. Starting that year locating property for a large construction firm, he worked with each property from site design stage to final permit for single and multi-family housing. Rick became a licensed real estate agent in 1969. After some traveling adventures, school, and a stint in the freight industry in the following decade he has been a Realtor, retail and wholesale mortgage company owner, and a real estate investor working in multiple areas of real estate finance and sales throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Rick tries to exercise regularly by walking and bicycling the trails of St. Edwards State Park on Finn Hill, bowling, ballroom dancing, pseudo-golfing, hunting and trapping mushrooms in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, and getting in a little fishing.
